Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Hop Hop Hop AI Dance at hophophopdance.com turns two photos into a short vertical dance video. This policy covers the website, account access, Stripe checkout and video generation, and support at support@hophophopdance.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and the Google or email/password account used to sign in.
• Photos and videos: the images you choose to upload and resulting paid HD video when you generate a paid video. Photos selected in the current interactive walkthrough remain on your device.
• Billing data: product, order id, amount, and payment status. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and security logs used for rate limits and abuse prevention.

Only upload photos of adults who have agreed to be in the video.

3. How we use it

For paid generation, photos are used only to make and deliver your video. Account and payment records support account access and purchased credits. The current example walkthrough does not upload photos or charge credits.

4. Retention

The current interactive example does not upload or store selected photos.

For paid generation, access to uploaded photos and composed first frames expires after 24 hours. Generated videos are available in your account for 7 days. Private copies are covered by Cloudflare R2 expiration rules for the dedicated generation prefixes; physical lifecycle deletion is asynchronous and can take an additional day after expiration. One optional free redo is available within the photo-access window. Reference clips are examples, not videos generated from your selected photos. Payment, tax, fraud, and security records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. For paid generation, photos and prompts are sent to specialized AI processing providers to compose a first frame and create your video. These providers process the inputs under their own policies. We do not perform a separate face, age, or celebrity identity review. You must have permission and confirm everyone shown is an adult. Payments go through Stripe; live checkout collects real payments. Hosting and private file storage use Cloudflare.

6. Your requests

Email support@hophophopdance.com or use the contact page to access, correct, or delete account data. We may need to confirm that the account is yours. Billing records can remain after photos and videos are deleted.

7. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures public-page visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity provides masked session recordings and heatmaps to help us improve the website. These tools load by default on eligible public pages without an on-site permission prompt. These providers can process device, browser, interaction and network information and use cookies. Browser Do Not Track prevents loading. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings.

Tracking is limited to public pages. Account, sign-in, administration and checkout pages do not load these tools. Query strings and fragments are excluded from our manual page-view events. Uploaded photos, account fields and payment details are not intentionally sent to analytics. See Google privacy and Microsoft privacy for provider processing.

8. Invitation preferences

We store the time a creation invitation was shown in your browser's local storage to limit automatic invitations to once in eight hours. This preference does not contain your name, email or photos and is separate from analytics. It applies to the current browser; clearing browser storage resets it.
