Terms of Service
Terms for using Hop Hop Hop AI Dance at hophophopdance.com, including accounts, credits, and downloads.

1. The service
These terms cover Hop Hop Hop AI Dance at hophophopdance.com. The paid service makes a short 9:16, 720p HD dance video from photos you upload. Purchase credits through Stripe, then use one credit to start a video request. Viewing example clips does not spend credits.
By using the site you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use rules.
2. Accounts
Sign in with Google or an email/password account. You must be an adult, and everyone in the photos must be an adult who agreed to appear.
3. Prices and credits
Prices are in USD: $4.99 for 1 video, $19.90 for 5 videos, and $59 for 20 videos. One paid credit starts one HD video request. Historical test credits are not valid for paid generation. Downloading the same video again does not spend another credit. Credits are not cash and are not transferable.
4. Photos and videos
The interactive example keeps photos on your device and does not create a saved generated video. For paid generation, one credit starts an 8-second video request after file validation. Failed or timed-out original requests return that credit once; this is a credit restoration, not a cash refund. One optional free redo changes the video seed and reuses the composed frame within 24 hours. If that redo fails, your original result remains available. Photo access expires after 24 hours and account video access after 7 days. Storage expiration is asynchronous as described in the Privacy Policy.
You keep the rights you already have in your photos. You give us permission to process them only to make, store, and deliver your video during that retention window. AI output can be imperfect. Review it before you post it.
5. Payments
Stripe checkout collects real payments. A successful payment adds the purchased credits to your account after verification. A canceled or failed payment does not add credits. Repeated payment notifications do not add credits again. Refunds remove the corresponding unspent credits. Contact support for billing or refund requests. We do not promise a particular TikTok ranking or soundtrack license. Add the original sound inside TikTok, Reels, or Shorts if you want it on the sound page.
